Digital Signature Policy:

Prescriptions may require your signature before they can be delivered. Your signature certifies that prescriptions have been received by you with your complete consent and we can release your prescription records to parties providing prescription benefits and request payment from them on your behalf.

Your digital signature is applied to your prescription and package at the time of delivery, once delivery is confirmed. By agreeing to this policy you allow Nimble Pharmacy to save and apply your signature to current online purchases with our company. At our discretion, we may require you to verify your government issued identification before a delivery is completed to you.

Return Policy:

Due to the sensitive and public health nature of prescription medication, Nimble Pharmacy does not accept any returns of prescription medication. If you would like to dispose of your medication, please contact your local public service office, like a police station. They often have processes in place to safely dispose of excess prescription medication.
